About
What is the Forum?
Each year, the Forum’s Steering Committee welcomes up to 48 leading legal practitioners from across Europe, each of whom is personally selected and specializes in competition litigation matters. The group will include representatives for both defendants and claimants, supplemented by a select group of economists and funders. The purpose of the Forum is to share the most pressing issues you face on behalf of your clients, to learn how others address these problems and identify solutions that can work for you. Location: Surrey, United Kingdom Dates: November 18-20, 2020 Contact: Jessica Baker |
The range of discussion at the Forum is unparalleled – the different perspectives from claimant/ defendant which is down to in house/ private practice; and from all the major antitrust jurisdictions in Europe and the U.S."
